Volocopter shares video giving detailed overview of its VoloCity eVTOL air taxi

After Volo­copter announced sev­er­al key announce­ments in recent weeks, Chief Com­mer­cial Offi­cer Chris­t­ian Bauer has giv­en a full overview of its VoloC­i­ty com­mer­cial air taxi.

Shar­ing the video on social media, Bauer talks more about its rotors and motors, and also sits in the main cock­pit to repli­cate the pas­sen­ger expe­ri­ence once ser­vices are oper­a­tional.

Volo­copter recent­ly signed an agree­ment with Japan Air­lines (JAL) to pro­mote eVTOL ser­vices in Japan, and was named as the first indus­tri­al part­ner to com­mence flight test­ing in the Paris Region – which could also see demos tak­ing place when the city hosts the 2024 Sum­mer Olympic and Par­a­lympic Games.
