One month to go until Vertical Flight Society’s Forum 77 & Technology Display, still time to register your place

There’s just over a month to go until the start of the Vertical Flight Society’s 77th annual Forum & Technology Display, regarded as the world’s biggest international event on vertical flight technology.

From May 10th to 14th, attendees can learn and discuss the latest theories and breakthroughs, with more than 200 technical papers on every discipline in the field — from acoustics to unmanned systems. Due to travel restrictions still in place because of Covid-19, the event will be held virtually.

There will also be presentations and discussions from leaders in the U.S. military, government and across the industry. Special sessions will focus on the eVTOL aircraft market, with topics on certification, technologies and the progress being made in the market. All times will be in US EDT.

And running concurrently alongside Forum 77 will be the Technology Display, which is the most extensive exposition of cutting-edge vertical flight technologies in the world.

It also includes other technologies more broadly applicable to aerospace in general and will see manufacturers, service providers, defense agencies, universities, and research and development organisations will showcase the very latest in vertical flight technology.

Registration rates for attending Forum 77 will be $650 for non-members, $500 for VFS members who register by April 12th and $600 for those registering after this date. For those who are presenting authors or primary session chairs and not a VFS member, it will cost $550. As a member by April 12th, it will cost $400 and $475 after.

Finally, rates for full-time students and those retired and aged over 60 will be $250 for non-members. It will then cost $150 if you become a member by April 12th and $200 after this date.
