In our lat­est episode, we were delight­ed to be joined again by Dawn Zol­di of P3 Tech Con­sult­ing.

Dawn has been ever-present in the advanced air mobil­i­ty indus­try and in recog­ni­tion of her efforts, was includ­ed in this year’s eVTOL Insights Pow­er Book. We look back on the biggest sto­ries from 2021, but also focus on what will hap­pen in the indus­try over the next year.

She elab­o­rates more on the release of an impor­tant diver­si­ty, inclu­sion and equal­i­ty (DEI) study, which high­lights the lack of rep­re­sen­ta­tion of women and minor­i­ty groups in advanced air mobil­i­ty, and talks about what com­pa­nies could be doing to help with ongo­ing efforts.
