The com­pa­ny is based north of Toron­to, Ontario, Cana­da, and is build­ing what it says is the next gen­er­a­tion of eVTOL machines. With a focus on safe­ty, prac­ti­cal­i­ty, and oper­a­tional flex­i­bil­i­ty, mul­ti­ple patents pro­tect a first-of-its-kind design. 

Bran­don starts off by telling us about his unique avi­a­tion back­ground, before going into detail about the rea­sons behind set­ting up Hori­zon Air­craft. We talk about the com­pa­ny’s Cavorite X5 and the tech­ni­cal side of its design, as well as the cur­rent roadmap towards cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, Hori­zon Air­craft’s work­ing part­ner­ship with AFWERX and its lat­est financ­ing round.
