eVTOL Insights launches its next industry conference and heads to Montreal in May 2024 — early bird tickets now on sale!

eVTOL Insights is head­ing to Cana­da in 2024 and host­ing its next indus­try con­fer­ence in Mon­tre­al.

Our first Cana­di­an event will kick off on Wednes­day, May 1st, with an after­noon tour to sev­er­al man­u­fac­tur­ers in Mon­tre­al. We will then host our usu­al pre-event net­work­ing drinks lat­er that evening in the city cen­tre.

Our con­fer­ence then takes place the next day, Thurs­day, May 2nd from 9am — 5pm at the fab­u­lous set­ting of Le Mount Stephen in down­town Mon­tre­al. The agen­da will fea­ture live Q&As, fire­side chats, inter­views and audi­ence par­tic­i­pa­tion about a host of indus­try top­ics.

The con­fer­ence will be fol­lowed by an evening net­work­ing drinks recep­tion and the glob­al eVTOL Insights Awards.

Then on Fri­day, May 3rd, we will be organ­is­ing a sec­ond tour at a com­pa­ny based in Mon­tre­al in the morn­ing, before fin­ish­ing our event ear­ly after­noon.

Ear­ly bird tick­ets are now on sale until Jan­u­ary 31st, 2024 and priced at $849. This includes entry to the two tours, day con­fer­ence and awards cer­e­mo­ny in the evening.

For del­e­gates only want­i­ng to attend the awards, the price for a tick­et is $200. This won’t include entry to the con­fer­ence and two tours.

There will also be mul­ti­ple spon­sor­ship oppor­tu­ni­ties for com­pa­nies at the con­fer­ence.

This can include spon­sor­ing del­e­gate lan­yards, being the net­work­ing drinks spon­sor, to hav­ing a ded­i­cat­ed space to exhib­it your products/ work­ing pro­to­type. Addi­tion­al­ly, there will be the oppor­tu­ni­ty to spon­sor a pan­el dis­cus­sion or keynote pre­sen­ta­tion.
