PODCAST: Lilium’s Bhavesh Mandalia discusses company’s key milestones and continued progress towards certification

Our last pod­cast of 2023 is now live! We were delight­ed to be joined by Bhavesh Man­dalia, Lil­i­um’s Chief Air­wor­thi­ness Offi­cer and deputy CTO.

In this episode, we take a deep dive with Bhavesh who tells us more about Lil­i­um’s plans to intro­duce high-speed region­al air mobil­i­ty.

He tells us about the cur­rent state of devel­op­ment of its Lil­i­um Jet and goes into more detail about some of the com­pa­ny’s sig­nif­i­cant mile­stones in 2023.

Bhavesh also updates us on Lil­i­um’s dual cer­ti­fi­ca­tion path with EASA and the FAA, its ongo­ing flight test cam­paign in Spain and the sig­nif­i­cance of receiv­ing Design Organ­i­sa­tion Approval from EASA, as well as how Lil­i­um can unlock more oppor­tu­ni­ties for region­al trav­el in cities across the world.
