PODCAST: Jean Botti of VoltAero provides company vision on developing safe and efficient electric-hybrid flight

In this episode, Jean talks us more about the rea­sons why he co-found­ed VoltAero, before jump­ing into talk­ing about the com­pa­ny’s vision to devel­op an air­plane with elec­tric-hybrid propul­sion.

He gives us an update on how busi­ness is mov­ing along and what the roadmap looks like towards even­tu­al com­mer­cial­i­sa­tion, as well as some of the ini­tia­tives VoltAero has joined over the pre­vi­ous months.

Jean pro­vides some feed­back from those attend­ing major avi­a­tion events on VoltAero’s Cas­sio fam­i­ly of air­craft and goes into detail about the excit­ing plans to build a final assem­bly facil­i­ty at Rochefort Air­port.
