Samson Sky Launches Crowdfunding “for Production of Switchblade Flying Car”

Sam­son Sky, pro­duc­ers of the Switch­blade fly­ing car, announced last week it has start­ed fundrais­ing to sup­port the pro­duc­tion phase “of its high-per­for­mance fly­ing sports car,” using the crowd­fund­ing plat­form Wefun­der as an ini­tial step. The cam­paign marks a sig­nif­i­cant step for­ward for Sam­son Sky, after achiev­ing its first flight of the Switch­blade last Novem­ber, reports a press release.

James Mauch, Sam­son Sky Board Mem­ber, com­ment­ed, “Crowd­fund­ing is com­mon­ly used as an ear­ly step in an over­all cam­paign to raise large funds, but has the unique abil­i­ty to allow many small­er investors the same oppor­tu­ni­ty as big­ger investors have with new tech­nol­o­gy in ear­ly com­pa­nies.”

While announc­ing this launch, Sam Bous­field, CEO and Design­er of the Sam­son Switch­blade, added, “Your invest­ment does three things.
