“AirCar Signs Groundbreaking Manufacturing Deal”

Air­Car, the world’s first cer­ti­fied Dri­ve and Fly vehi­cle, pro­duced by Slo­va­kia-based Klein­Vi­sion, has made a ground­break­ing man­u­fac­tur­ing deal, reports a press release. The land­mark agree­ment strength­ens the com­pa­ny’s posi­tion as a mar­ket leader in the devel­op­ment of Dri­ve and Fly vehi­cles.

The com­pa­ny has sold a lim­it­ed licence for man­u­fac­tur­ing to a promi­nent Chi­nese com­pa­ny, Hebei Jianx­in Fly­ing Car Tech­nol­o­gy Co. The deal, finalised for an undis­closed amount, “marks a strate­gic move in the advance­ment of inno­v­a­tive mobil­i­ty solu­tions,” says the release. “The licens­ing agree­ment gives the Chi­nese com­pa­ny exclu­sive rights to man­u­fac­ture and dis­trib­ute cer­ti­fied fly­ing cars util­is­ing Klein­Vi­sion’s cut­ting-edge tech­nol­o­gy with­in a spe­cif­ic geo­graph­i­cal region.” Jianx­in is poised to lever­age this tech­nol­o­gy in Chi­na.
