Limosa, Lilium and BAC Aerospace confirmed to participate at eVTOL Insights’ Montreal Conference — get your tickets now!

There’s now four weeks until eVTOL Insights’ Montreal Conference and companies are urged to buy their tickets for the event, with the preliminary agenda now starting to shape up with industry thought leaders and influencers.

More additions to the schedule will be included in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye on our website for more details!

Taking place at the Le Mount Stephen Hotel, the event will once again bring together senior industry leaders for conversations about a whole host of industry topics. It follows on from events held in London, New York and Singapore.

Our event schedule takes off with an industry tour on Wednesday, May 1st in the afternoon. We will then host a pre-event networking drinks in the evening.

On Thursday, May 2nd, we will kick off proceedings with an opening address by Stéphane Paquet, CEO and President at Montreal International. He will provide a compelling overview about the wonderful city and third biggest aerospace hub in the world.

Our first panel discussion of the day features Jaunt Air Mobility, Vertiko Mobility and SGI Canada as they talk about the work they are doing in the Montreal region to bring eVTOL aircraft together with other forms of mobility.

Gwen Lighter of GoAERO and Brandon Robinson of Horizon Aircraft will provide keynotes on the role their companies are playing in the market, before Phil Cole of Cert Center Canada takes over moderation duties to host a fascinating panel on certification and regulation in Canada.

This will also include Transport Canada, BAC Aerospace and CAYRES and will be a great opportunity to learn more about what the country is doing to create a visible and transparent pathway for companies to certify their aircraft.

After a keynote from thermal material experts Blueshift, we talk about navigating the AAM airspace with VPorts and CAE and then finish our pre-lunch sessions with a exciting fireside chat between Boeing and Wisk.

We will deep dive into why Boeing placed its bet on Advanced Air Mobility, hear from both companies about the work they are doing together, plus get an insight into what the future holds in regards to Wisk’s roadmap with its autonomous eVTOL aircraft.

After lunch, we’re delighted to be joined by ICAO, who will feature in a discussion with Canadian Advanced Air Mobility Consortium (CAAM) and Limosa about recognising Canada’s potential in the global marketplace, especially with so much happening in the country.

As we edge closer to commercialisation, our final sessions include a fascinating panel on manufacturing and supply chain. This includes Joby Aviation, with the company expanding more on its work in Dayton, Ohio and Dana Jensen from the US Air Force, offering more expert thoughts on this vital area of the ecosystem.

We finish our conference with Sergio Cecutta of SMG Consulting, who will be moderating a discussion with some of the big eVTOL OEMs and talking to them about entry into service. Already confirmed to feature is Adam Warmouth, Head of Product at Archer, and Matt Broffman, Head of Partnerships and Networks at Lilium.

Once the conference finishes, we will be hosting our very first Advanced Air Mobility Awards. This will be a drinks and canapés evening from 6pm to 7.30pm in the same venue and entries are now open. The deadline to submit for these awards is Friday, April 19th.

We will then be organising another industry tour in the morning of Friday, May 3rd, which will signal the end of our Montreal event once it finishes.

Tickets to attend the conference are now on sale via Eventbrite. They include entry to the conference, industry tours on the May 1st and 3rd and our very first Advanced Air Mobility Awards. This ceremony will be held in the evening and after the conference finishes.

You can purchase tickets to the awards only, which cost $200. These do not grant entry into the day conference and the industry tours.

There are still some speaker slots left. Please email Jason Pritchard, eVTOL Insights’ Executive Editor, at jason@evtolinsights.com, if you’d like to be considered.

As this is our first event in Canada, there are still sponsorship opportunities available. We currently have packages as a speaker, event sponsor or exhibitor.

If you’d like to find out more information, please email either Doreen Pupillo, Head of Partnerships, or James Craven, Head of Business Development (Americas).

They can be reached via email at doreen@evtolinsights.com or james@evtolinsights.com
