Crisalion Mobility and Volatus Infrastructure & Energy Solutions to analyse various Advanced Air Mobility projects under new partnership

Volatus Infrastructure & Energy Solutions has partnered with Crisalion Mobility to jointly develop and analyse advanced air mobility (AAM) projects, including cargo, emergency medical services (EMS), urban air mobility (UAM), regional air mobility (RAM) and tourism.

The teams will study the required aspects needed for successful and efficient operations of Crisalion Mobility’s eVTOL aircraft — called Integrity - at VI&E Solutions’ vertiports, to further enhance the efficiency and safety of AAM operations.

Commenting on the announcement, Grant Fisk, VI&E Solutions CEO, said: “We are excited to work with Crisalion so that we can analyze and study the interfaces between their Integrity eVTOL and our vertiport systems as well as develop strategies to minimize environmental impact and surpass sustainability standards to further reduce our environmental footprint.”

“We are very proud to start this alliance in the United States with a key partner in the world of vertiports and infrastructures that will accompany us in the implementation of our eVTOL solutions. The new mobility represents an ecosystem in which many players will be involved, and it is a privilege for us to work with Volatus,” said Oscar Lara, Crisalion Mobility, Chief Operating Officer.

Based in Spain, Crisalion Mobility was established in 2019 and previously known as UMILES Next. It is a pioneering company in the double commitment to air and ground electric mobility with its own technologies, offering solutions aimed at national and international operators.

With electric aircraft operating on urban and regional routes from as early as 2030, there are already experiences of autonomous land mobility, remotely controlled from a control center. Crisalion Mobility is dedicated to the development of competitive solutions in both areas.

Founded in 2021, Volatus Infrastructure & Energy Solutions is connecting communities with best- in-class eVTOL infrastructure technology to ensure society is ready for the future. VI&E Solutions offers three modular vertiport designs and charging stations for electric vehicles across all mediums: air, land and sea.

By tailoring to specific customer needs and incorporating the latest technologies, their work positively impacts clients and the communities they serve globally.
