CRISALION Mobility Appoints Andrea Martínez García “As New Chief People & Culture Officer”
Spain-based CRISALION Mobility announced this week it has appointed Andrea Martínez García as the company’s new Chief People and Culture Officer, reports a press release. With extensive experience in Human Resources, García will spearhead the company’s efforts “to attract and retain the best disruptive talent in the mobility industry,” explains the release.
With over 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources sector, she offers a broad perspective and expertise in talent management and development across various sectors and business settings. Her primary challenge in this new post is “to take a bold approach to strengthening the company’s HR activities.”
Martínez García has a Degree in Psychology from the University of Salamanca and an MBA from Madrid’s IE business school., She has held senior positions in Human Resources at sector leaders including BNP Paribas RE, PwC, Canon and Kellogg’s.
