Moya Aerospace Unveils “New Hybrid Cargo Drone with Extended Range and Enhanced Efficiency”
Moya Aerospace, a subsidiary of ACS Aviation, a Brazilian company specialising in aeronautical engineering, aircraft research and development based in São José dos Campos, recently unveiled its new hybrid cargo drone with an extended range and enhanced efficiency, reports a press release.
Key Benefits
: Extended Range to 300 km — the cargo drone’s hybrid design allows it to cover greater distances, making this ideal for long-haul deliveries and remote locations, attracting more customers and an ability to expand service areas.
: Enhanced Efficiency — the drone optimises fuel consumption and energy usage by integrating a hybrid propulsion system which results in lower operational costs and a smaller carbon footprint.
: Uncompromised Payload Capacity — despite an extended range, the drone can carry a payload capacity of up to 200 kg. This ensures the same volume of goods without sacrificing efficiency or reliability.
: Reliability and Versatility — The hybrid system provides increased reliability and flexibility to switch between power sources as required. This versatility is important for overcoming various logistical challenges and ensuring timely deliveries.
Alexandre Zaramela, CEO of Moya, commented, ”In our pursuit of innovation and excellence, we have identified the necessity for a solution that addresses the limitations of traditional electric drones, particularly in terms of range and operational efficiency. Our hybrid cargo drone combines electric and conventional propulsion technologies, offering superior performance and reliability.”
The release says, “The company is dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions that meet customers’ evolving needs. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, Moya Aerospace aims to set new standards in the logistics and transportation industry.”
