In this episode, Sec. Nash talks to us about this career to-date and his cur­rent role with­in the US state of Okla­homa. It has a lega­cy of aero­space inno­va­tion and suc­cess dat­ing back more than a cen­tu­ry, so Sec. Nash goes into more detail about this and talks about why aero­space and defence are Okla­homa’s sec­ond largest indus­tries.

He shares insights into the work that goes on in Okla­homa, where it is home to more than 1,000 aero­space enti­ties, includ­ing man­u­fa­tur­ing, MRO, UAS, R&D and mil­i­tary. We hear more about the advan­tages of set­ting up busi­ness here, project high­lights and what the state is doing to encour­age the next gen­er­a­tion of work­ers want­i­ng to forge a career in aero­space.
