Early Bird ticket sales for eVTOL Insights’ North America Conference & Awards end today! AIR, Whisper Aero, Electra, MightyFly, Grey Jay and McElhanney confirmed as speakers

Del­e­gates inter­est­ed in attend­ing eVTOL Insights’ North Amer­i­ca Con­fer­ence & Awards have only today (Fri­day) to pur­chase their Ear­ly Bird tick­ets before they go on gen­er­al admis­sion and increase in price.

eVTOL Insights’ busy 2025 event sched­ule will head to Palo Alto, Cal­i­for­nia from April 9th to 11th. Ear­ly Bird tick­ets are cur­rent­ly on sale for $600 but from tomor­row (Sat­ur­day), tick­ets will be on gen­er­al sale for $850. You can buy yours here.

Com­pa­nies already con­firmed to attend and par­tic­i­pate in the speak­er pro­gramme are Odys Avi­a­tionWiskMoya Aero, Urban­Link Air Mobil­i­ty  Joby Avi­a­tionSky­GridAdvanced Air Mobil­i­ty Insti­tuteSMG Con­sult­ing and McK­in­sey & Com­pa­ny.

Also con­firmed to attend as a speak­er and mod­er­a­tor are avi­a­tion lawyer Philip Weiss­man and AAM infra­struc­ture expert Clint Harp­er.

And the lat­est update to the speak­er pro­gramme now includes AIR, Whis­per Aero, Electra.aero, MightyFly, Grey Jay and McEl­han­ney.

The event sched­ule will start with an indus­try tour on the after­noon of the 9th, with a evening net­work­ing recep­tion planned for that evening.

Our main con­fer­ence starts from 9am to 5pm on the 10th, which will fea­ture keynote pre­sen­ta­tions, fire­side chats and pan­el dis­cus­sions about the glob­al Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty mar­ket.

Once our con­fer­ence fin­ish­es, our 2025 Glob­al AAM Awards Cer­e­mo­ny will take place in the evening. Entries are now open and com­pa­nies are encour­aged to enter any of the 18 cat­e­gories before the final dead­line of Mon­day, March 10th. Please note, each entry will cost £299.

Then on Fri­day, April 11th, we will con­clude our event sched­ule with anoth­er indus­try tour — like­ly to take place in the morn­ing before our event pro­gramme fin­ish­es ear­ly after­noon.

A ten­ta­tive agen­da has already been released, where you can see the pro­vi­son­al list of top­ics which will be dis­cussed.

There are also still sev­er­al spon­sor­ship oppor­tu­ni­ties avail­able for com­pa­nies inter­est­ed in hav­ing addi­tion­al brand­ing and aware­ness on the day. They are a few remain­ing exhibitor spaces, as well as an oppor­tu­ni­ty to be the even­t’s food and drink spon­sor and head­line spon­sor.
