PALO ALTO 2025: Tentative event agenda released as Early Bird ticket sales end in two weeks

eVTOL Insights has released a ten­ta­tive agen­da for its North Amer­i­ca Con­fer­ence in Palo Alto, which fea­tures a pro­vi­sion­al list of top­ics to be dis­cussed with indus­try lead­ers.

The event takes place from April 9th to 11th, with Ear­ly Bird tick­ets cur­rent­ly on sale for $600 until Fri­day, Jan­u­ary 31st. The for­mat of the day will fea­ture 16 ses­sions and a mix of keynote pre­sen­ta­tions, pan­el dis­cus­sions and fire­side chats.

Addi­tion­al­ly, eVTOL Insights will be host­ing its Glob­al AAM Awards straight after the con­fer­ence, which cel­e­brates and recog­nis­es com­pa­ny achieve­ments in the mar­ket. Entries are now open and the final dead­line to sub­mit is Mon­day, March 10th.

While tim­ings and sub­ject top­ics for the con­fer­ence are sub­ject to change, they include:

Com­pa­nies already con­firmed to attend and par­tic­i­pate include Joby Avi­a­tion, McK­in­sey & Com­pa­ny, SMG Con­sult­ing, Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty Insti­tute, Sky­Grid. More names will be announced in the com­ing weeks.
