The Countdown is On! Four weeks to go until eVTOL Insights’ North America Conference & Awards

The countdown is on! In just four weeks, the eVTOL Insights North America Conference & Awards will bring together the brightest minds in the advanced air mobility (AAM) industry from April 9–11, 2025, in Palo Alto, California.

This highly anticipated event will serve as a hub for discussions, networking, and insights into the future of eVTOL technology, urban air mobility, and the transformative role these innovations will play in shaping our cities.

If you’re involved in electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) technology, this is an event you cannot afford to miss. Whether you’re a policymaker, investor, startup founder, or an aviation professional, the conference provides a rare opportunity to engage with industry leaders, learn from expert panels, and celebrate achievements within the sector.

What to Expect from the eVTOL Insights North America Conference 2025

This year’s event promises an exciting lineup of keynotes, fireside chats, and panel discussions featuring some of the most influential voices in the AAM industry. Hosted at the Palo Alto Event Center, the conference will take a deep dive into the key trends, challenges, and breakthroughs shaping the future of urban and regional air mobility.

Agenda Highlights – April 10, 2025

Here’s a glimpse of what’s in store:

  • Opening Fireside Chat (9:00–9:15 AM): Industry veterans Sergio Cecutta (SMG Consulting) and Robin Riedel (McKinsey & Company) will kick things off with a discussion on the AAM landscape in 2025, offering insights into where the industry is heading and what stakeholders need to prepare for.
  • Panel Discussion: Preparing Cities for AAM (10:00–10:30 AM): Representatives from Skyports Infrastructure, UrbanLink Air Mobility, and Beveridge & Diamond PC will explore how cities can integrate AAM into their infrastructure while assessing the economic and societal impact.
  • Keynote Presentation by Jia Xu, CEO of SkyGrid (9:45–10:00 AM): Expect a thought-provoking talk from one of the top names in AI-powered air traffic management, discussing what’s next for safe and scalable eVTOL operations.
  • Business Use Cases: Autonomous Aircraft & Cargo Logistics (12:00–12:30 PM): Executives from Moya Aero, MightyFly, and Jump Aero will examine the business models driving AAM adoption and how autonomous aircraft are being integrated into logistics and cargo transport.
  • Panel on Regional Air Mobility (2:15–2:45 PM): With speakers from Odys Aviation, Whisper Aero, and Electra, this session will explore how eVTOL technology is revolutionizing transportation beyond urban environments.
  • Women in AAM Panel (3:30–4:00 PM): A crucial discussion, moderated by Marilyn Pearson (CAE, Women in AAM Chairperson), featuring leaders from Whisper Aero, Women and Drones, and NASA Ames Research Center on diversity, inclusion, and the future workforce of AAM.
  • Fireside Chat on Entry into Service (4:45–5:00 PM): This discussion will explore the road to commercial eVTOL operations and what it will take to get these aircraft into mainstream service.

Networking, Insights, and the eVTOL Insights Awards

Beyond the informative sessions, this conference offers unparalleled networking opportunities. Attendees will have direct access to industry CEOs, engineers, policymakers, and investors who are actively shaping the AAM sector.

On the evening of April 10th, the event will culminate with the prestigious eVTOL Insights Awards, recognizing the most influential companies, individuals, and innovations in the industry. This awards ceremony is a chance to celebrate the remarkable progress in eVTOL development and honor those who are leading the charge toward an airborne future.
