This agreement is part of a French delegation’s tour of Asia, which also includes visits to Japan, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam. The LOI was signed during a bilateral meeting between the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Philippine Department of Transportation in Manila.
The release states, “Ascendance VTOL’s versatility, from passenger transport to medical evacuation and cargo, offers transformative solutions to connect communities.”
