ANRA Technologies Taps Dave Gustas as Chief Revenue Officer to Lead Next Phase of Global Expansion

ANRA Technologies has announced the appointment of Dave Gustas as Chief Revenue Officer, who will lead the company’s global revenue strategy and execution across enterprise, government, air navigation services, defense and aviation markets.

Gustas brings more than two decades of experience scaling global SaaS revenue organizations and building repeatable go-to-market strategies in complex, regulated environments.

He has held senior revenue leadership roles at high-growth and category-defining companies, including Percepto, TrustArc, Auth0, Birst, One Model, and Experian, where he consistently drove significant ARR growth, led SaaS transformations, and built high-performing global sales teams.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Gustas will oversee global sales, partnerships and go-to-market execution, working closely with product, engineering and operations to align customer needs, regulatory requirements and commercial strategy.

Amit Ganjoo, CEO of ANRA Technologies, said: “ANRA has reached an inflection point where our technology, regulatory maturity, and global deployments are converging with rapidly growing demand.

“Dave brings deep enterprise SaaS expertise, hands-on leadership, and a proven ability to scale revenue in highly regulated markets. His experience building disciplined, global go-to-market organizations will be instrumental as we continue to expand ANRA’s footprint worldwide.”

ANRA is at a pivotal stage of growth, with production deployments and regulatory certifications across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. The company’s platforms support safe, scalable operations for drones, powered lift aircraft, and emerging air mobility services in shared airspace.

Gustas is widely recognized for leading SaaS growth transitions, aligning go-to-market strategy with investor and board expectations, and driving enterprise expansion through land-and-expand motions.

His experience spans North America and Europe, with deep expertise in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales involving regulators, government agencies, and large enterprises.

Commenting on his new role, Gustas added: “What drew me to ANRA is the combination of mission, credibility, and timing. ANRA is operating at the epicenter of what’s next in aviation, enabling safe, scalable operations for drones and advanced air mobility in shared airspace.

“The company has earned the trust of regulators and operators globally, and the opportunity to help scale this platform into a predictable global growth engine is incredibly compelling. I’m excited to build alongside this team and help take ANRA into its next phase of growth.”

ANRA Technologies is a leading provider of digital airspace and autonomous traffic management solutions for uncrewed and advanced air mobility operations.

The company’s platforms support UAS Traffic Management (UTM), flight authorization services, strategic deconfliction, conformance monitoring, and integrated situational awareness for multimodal operations.
