BETA Technologies “U.S Coast-to-Coast Flights Continue”
BETA Technologies continues to fly, fly and fly its ALIA 916LF electric aircraft from U.S Coast-to-Coast with its latest adventure covering more than 20 States and stopping at 82 airports, reports a press release.
The journey allowed the company to visit business partners; prove future routes; validate IFR and high cadence capabilities; as well as visit landmarks and communities across America… all while electric-charging on its own infrastructure.
In fact, over the last six weeks, the aircraft has demonstrated high-cadence operations, completing up to four flights per day, as well as proving reliability and low-cost of next generation flight. Most importantly, these now routine flights using production aircraft, reflects the ease of integration in to the National Air Space.
This latest journey is another important series of hands-on testing that allows BETA to validate the safety and ease of operations of its technology before preparing to deliver the aircraft it to customers, beginning later this year.

: Conducted an IFR flight into the busiest airport in the world — Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
: Successfully utilised BETA’s expanding nationwide infrastructure, proving the viability of reliable, low-cost electric aviation operations.
: Piloted by a rotating team of three aviators: Noah Ranallo, Nate Dubie, and Chris Caputo, who navigated diverse terrains and conditions to demonstrate the aircraft’s operational capabilities.
Nate Dubie, the ALIA Pilot, remarked, “Having the opportunity to fly our aircraft across the country has been an incredible experience, not just because of the places we saw, but because of the people we met along the way.”
He continued, “Seeing some iconic American scenes like the Grand Canyon from the cockpit was truly special. But just as exciting was the enthusiasm of so many communities across the country who wanted to learn about this aircraft and the technology behind it.” Adding, “This trip was a great way to put the aircraft and infrastructure through their paces ahead of delivering to customers this year.”
