Early Bird tickets to eVTOL Insights’ 2025 conferences in Palo Alto, Munich and Brisbane now on sale!

eVTOL Insights has released the price of tick­ets for its three main con­fer­ences tak­ing place next year, with read­ers now able to take advan­tage of ‘Ear­ly Bird’ offers for a lim­it­ed time only.

It’s look­ing like 2025 will be a busy year for the brand, with three new loca­tions tak­ing cen­tre stage for glob­al con­ver­sa­tions about the Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty mar­ket in the North Amer­i­ca, Europe and Asia-Pacif­ic regions.

To avoid dis­ap­point­ment, you can pur­chase your tick­ets to each event via Eventbrite. Please click on the head­ings to each event below.

Palo Alto (April 9th to 11th, 2025)

The North Amer­i­ca con­fer­ence Tak­ing place in Palo Alto from April 9th to 11th, the event also fea­tures the Glob­al AAM Awards which made its inau­gur­al bow at this year’s North Amer­i­ca Con­fer­ence in Mon­tre­al.

Ear­ly bird tick­ets are priced at $600, which includes entry to a pre-drinks net­work­ing recep­tion on the 9th, the main con­fer­ence on the 10th and the awards evening which is sched­uled for lat­er that evening. The price also includes entry to two indus­try tours; one being planned in the after­noon of Wednes­day, April 9th and the oth­er in the morn­ing of Fri­day, April 11th.

These tick­ets are now on sale and will be until Jan­u­ary 31st, 2025. After this date, the price of tick­ets will increase to $850.

Stu­dents are also attend the event, with con­ces­sions priced at $200.

Munich (September 9th to 11th, 2025)

Sim­i­lar to Palo Alto, eVTOL Insights’ Europe Con­fer­ence will have a sim­i­lar for­mat in that tick­et prices include entry to a pre-drinks net­work­ing recep­tion on the 9th, the main con­fer­ence on the 10th and a post-event drinks recep­tion.

The price also includes entry to two indus­try tours; one being planned in the after­noon of Wednes­day, Sep­tem­ber 9th and the oth­er in the morn­ing of Fri­day, Sep­tem­ber 11th.

Ear­ly Bird tick­ets for Munich are now on sale for €500 until June 13th, 2025. After this date, the price of tick­ets will increase to €700. Stu­dent con­ces­sions are priced at €250.

Brisbane (December 2nd to 4th, 2025)

Con­clud­ing eVTOL Insights’ con­fer­ence pro­gramme for 2025 will be an indus­try con­fer­ence in Aus­tralia and the city of Bris­bane. Tick­et prices include entry to a pre-drinks net­work­ing recep­tion on the 2nd, the main con­fer­ence on the 3rd and a post-event drinks recep­tion.

The price also includes entry to two indus­try tours; one being planned in the after­noon of Tues­day, Decem­ber 2nd and the oth­er in the morn­ing of Thurs­day, Decem­ber 4th.

Ear­ly Bird tick­ets for Bris­bane are now on sale until Sep­tem­ber 11th, 2025 and priced at $AUD 1,000. After this date, the price of tick­ets will increase to $AUD 1,500. Stu­dent con­ces­sions are priced at $AUD 400.
