New talent and technology consultancy Apera launched by former Strativ Group founder Alex Woodhead

The for­mer co-founder of Stra­tiv Group has launched a new Tal­ent and Projects Con­sult­ing Busi­ness called Apera, as he con­tin­ues to pro­vide the Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty indus­try with the best tal­ent, engi­neer­ing ser­vices and intel­li­gence.

Alex Wood­head and his teams have been respon­si­ble for build­ing many of the biggest eVTOL and elec­tric air­craft OEMs across the globe, and this shows no signs of stop­ping as he launched his lat­est ven­ture on Mon­day, as it plans to become a com­plete solu­tions provider to the mar­ket.

Wood­head was includ­ed in eVTOL Insights’ 2023 edi­tion of its flag­ship Power­book, in recog­ni­tion of his efforts in help­ing to recruit the future work­force for com­pa­nies all over the world when he was lead­ing Stra­tiv, which enjoyed a mete­oric rise to become one of the biggest recruit­ment sup­pli­ers to the Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty.

In a post on Aper­a’s LinkedIn page, it reads: “We are liv­ing in a unique time where rapid tech­no­log­i­cal advances are con­verg­ing in ways nev­er before seen.

“Our role is to con­nect the humans that are mak­ing this con­nect­ed, sus­tain­able future hap­pen. Apera is a pur­pose-built tal­ent and tech­nol­o­gy con­sul­tan­cy focus­ing on future mobil­i­ty, space and clean ener­gy. We have a long term view to con­stant­ly inno­vate and pos­i­tive­ly influ­ence the world around us.”
