“REGENT, HITRANS Collaborate on Feasibility of Seaglider Vessels for North Scotland Coastal Travel”

REGENT Craft, a developer and manufacturer of Seaglider vessels, recently announced a collaboration with Scotland-based HITRANS (Highlands and Islands Transport), to explore potential maritime operations in the region, reports a press release.

The partnership is to focus on data sharing and aims to explore how Seaglider craft could improve the transportation network in Scotland, bringing benefits to people and to the environment via ease of travel and reduction of CO2 emissions.

Adam Triolo, VP of REGENT Commercial Business Development, commented, “Our work with HITRANS is an exciting opportunity to showcase to Scotland and the highlands communities the potential human and environmental benefits Seaglider vessels could have on coastal transportation.”

We will help to realise the vision of Seaglider travel for the people of Scotland.”
