The clock is tick­ing for com­pa­nies, inno­va­tors and indus­try lead­ers across the glob­al Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty mar­ket to take advan­tage of Ear­ly Bird tick­ets for eVTOL Insights’ North Amer­i­ca Con­fer­ence & Glob­al AAM Awards 2026.

Tak­ing place from April 29th to May 1st, there has already been incred­i­ble demand from com­pa­nies want­i­ng to get involved at the event, which takes place at The Nation­al Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty Cen­ter of Excel­lence (NAAMCE) — based on Spring­field-Beck­ley Munic­i­pal Air­port.

Already con­firmed is an exclu­sive site vis­it at NAAMCE on Wednes­day, April 29th, with NAAMCE then host­ing a pre-event net­work­ing evening drinks recep­tion after­wards. The main con­fer­ence is back at NAAMCE on Thurs­day, April 30th and after the pro­gramme fin­ish­es, the win­ners of the 2026 Glob­al AAM Awards will be revealed dur­ing anoth­er net­work­ing drinks recep­tion. On Fri­day, May 1st, anoth­er site vis­it is planned to a new loca­tion.

Ear­ly bird tick­ets to attend eVTOL Insights’ North Amer­i­ca Con­fer­ence & Awards are cur­rent­ly priced at $700 and includes entry into both net­work­ing recep­tions, the two planned site vis­its as well as the con­fer­ence itself.

From Jan­u­ary 1st 2026, tick­ets will then be on gen­er­al sale for $950, so del­e­gates can save $250 if they buy an Ear­ly Bird tick­et before the end of the year. You can buy yours here.

Gain Indus­try Recog­ni­tion And Enter Glob­al AAM Awards 2026

Addi­tion­al­ly, com­pa­nies or indi­vid­u­als want­i­ng to sub­mit an entry into the Glob­al AAM Awards can save $50 if they do so before Decem­ber 31st, 2025.

The awards — now in its third year — cel­e­brate out­stand­ing achieve­ments across eVTOL air­craft devel­op­ment, sup­port­ing tech­nolo­gies, reg­u­la­to­ry progress, infra­struc­ture inno­va­tion and the broad­er ecosys­tem accel­er­at­ing the future of flight.

Split into Com­pa­ny, Team and Indi­vid­ual cat­e­gories, there are more than 30 cat­e­gories to choose from. But only entries sub­mit­ted by Decem­ber 31st 2025 will qual­i­fy for reduced-rate Ear­ly Bird pric­ing, which is £249.

Stan­dard-rate sub­mis­sions will then be priced at £299 from Jan­u­ary 1st, 2026 and will con­tin­ue to be accept­ed until the final cut-off date of Feb­ru­ary 27th, 2026.
