It is nev­er bor­ing watch­ing and/or lis­ten­ing to Bob­by Healy, Founder and CEO of Man­na Drone Deliv­ery, for­mer­ly Man­na Aero. His enthu­si­asm, self-belief and pio­neer­ing spir­it exudes while chat­ting about drones and every­thing else, includ­ing dur­ing this inter­view his vocal sup­port for Ukraine; the com­pa­ny’s bold social media pres­ence; and the time he got blocked by the Russ­ian Secu­ri­ty Coun­cil. The guy is always worth the time of day. 

This one hour inter­view car­ried out by Cian Dono­hoe for the Flipdish Take­aways Pod­cast, some­how got lost in cyber­space. As the name sug­gests Flipdish car­ries out inter­views with peo­ple involved in food, restau­rants, pop-ups and take­aways.

Healy is in good form as he sells the con­cept of Man­na Drone Deliv­ery with aplomb, as you would expect from a high­ly-tuned, expe­ri­enced and suc­cess­ful mar­ke­teer. He rel­ish­es the fact that his com­pa­ny is car­ry­ing out far more drone deliv­er­ies than Ama­zon.

The world is await­ing the onslaught of Healy and his fly­ing machines. Already expand­ing across Ire­land, Texas and Fin­land, the com­pa­ny must remain patient for that glob­al and some­what pesky BVLOS.
