XPENG X2 eVTOL Displayed in Poland “as Media Attraction for Electric Car Launch”

The media love a bit of showmanship, so to spice up a routine electric car launch in Poland, Xpeng brought along its x2 eVTOL flying car to titillate the attending newshounds.

This was Poland’s first sight of the Xpeng Aeroht x2, already a predecessor of  the Land Aircraft Carrier launched at the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Trade Show (CES) in January. Technology fades very quickly in the eVTOL industry.

The successor has quickly amassed over 3,000 confirmed orders and is poised to become the world’s first mass-produced modular flying car, with deliveries planned for 2026.

Some onlookers suggested, those journalists attending the electric car launch seemed more interested in the eVTOL than Xpeng’s vehicles. Three car models were unveiled: The company flagship SUV XPENG G9; the coupe-SUV XPENG G6; and the XPENG P7. Inchcape, a leader in vehicle distribution, will be importing and distributing them around Poland.
