Bumper schedule planned for FIA Connect 2020 and Global Urban Air Summit (GUAS) 2.0
More than 140 guest speakers from companies across the global aerospace supply chain have been confirmed for next week’s Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) Connect 2020.
Organised by FINN — The Aviation Industry Hub, the five-day event from 20th — 24 July will be a virtual programme of free-to-attend conferences, networking, and promotional opportunities.
Day one will include topics such as ‘Sustainability: A future of clean skies, financial and human stability’ — which features Secretary of State for Transport, Grant Shapps MP — ‘Commercial Aviation Relaunch & Recovery 2021 & Beyond’ and Elevated Mobility: Getting from demo to do! — in association with Deloitte.
And following its successful debut in September 2019, the Global Urban Air Summit (GUAS) 2.0 will launch on Thursday. Supported by Oliver Wyman, this event will hear from OEMs, regulators, government, trade associations and industry support groups — as part of a new, interactive programme which features the very latest industry developments, insights and issues.
