CES 2024: U.S Debuts for Supernal and Xpeng

How a year flies by and the Con­sumer Elec­tron­ics Show (CES) is upon us once again at Las Vegas, Neva­da, held at the LVCC and Venet­ian Expo between Jan­u­ary 9th and 12th, reports a press release. 

Around 130,000 peo­ple with a third from out­side Amer­i­ca are expect­ed to throng to the desert to see over 1,200 star­tups and more than 4,000 exhibitors. The media has a sneak pre­view on the 7th and 8th. There are a dozen offi­cial venues this year that span more than 2.5 mil­lion net square feet of exhib­it space. Both the eVTOL and Drone indus­tries are rep­re­sent­ed.

Arti­fi­cial Intel­li­gence, Elec­tric Vehi­cles, cut­ting edge Secu­ri­ty, Sus­tain­abil­i­ty and, of course, Air Mobil­i­ty are the lead­ing themes of the show. The pow­er­ful and almighty will be in atten­dance includ­ing gov­ern­ment offi­cials and celebri­ty guests.

This is the largest fly­ing-car com­pa­ny in Asia and is work­ing to deliv­er such futur­is­tic vehi­cles that are smart and safe for indi­vid­ual users. The company’s X2 was the first crewed eVTOL to receive a Chi­nese flight per­mit, a key mile­stone to attain­ing mass-pro­duc­tion sta­tus. In Sep­tem­ber, the com­pa­ny announced the devel­op­ment of the X3, a pro­to­type two-seat vehi­cle with eight pro­pellers.
