Diamond Aircraft Industries integrates Volocopter into its business portfolio, with focus to achieve certification goals this year
Diamond Aircraft Industries has integrated Volocopter into its business portfolio, which enables the German eVTOL OEM to reduce its cost, retain its workforce and focus on achieving its certificaton milestones this year.
In a short press release released by Volocopter today (Friday), Volocopter’s headquarters will remain in Bruchsal, Germany. No further details have been shared about the next steps in regards to its VoloCity aircraft, but the news is sure to be welcomed by the industry.

The company’s reorganization of Volocopter will broadens its aircraft and business portfolio into the field of electric urban air transportation.
The VoloCity, along with its next-generation variants and other models, will continue to evolve successfully over the long term, contributing significantly to the sustainable growth of the aviation industry.
