Disruptive Tech Roundtable in London to discuss key industry topics and how companies can improve DEI

A round­table dis­cus­sion has been organ­ised by Stra­tiv Group next month, which will bring indus­try lead­ers togeth­er to dis­cuss the biggest top­ics on dis­rup­tive tech as well as diver­si­ty, equal­i­ty and inclu­sion (DEI).

Known as Dis­rup­tive Div­ersity, it is a glob­al com­mu­ni­ty of pro­fes­sion­als, where it spot­light and show­case the amaz­ing work being done across the dis­rup­tive tech space. The event will take place at 14 Hills, 14th Floor, 120 Fenchurch Street, Lon­don, on Wednes­day, April 3rd from 12.15pm.

Com­pa­nies such as GKN Aero­space, ZeroAvia, Anaphite/The Vol­ta Foun­da­tion, Depart­ment of Trans­port (DoT) and Orbex Space are con­firmed. eVTOL Insights’ Exec­u­tive Edi­tor Jason Pritchard will also be in atten­dance.

Dis­rup­tive Diver­si­ty’s mis­sion state­ment said: “We’re on a jour­ney to dis­rupt the Future Tech Space! By shar­ing your sto­ries, expe­ri­ence and words of wis­dom, we can con­tin­ue to build a bet­ter future for every­one involved.

“We’re hop­ing that our com­mu­ni­ty, pres­ence and events will help encour­age more diver­si­ty, equal­i­ty and inclu­sion through­out the future tech space. Our com­mu­ni­ty will con­tin­ue to grow and evolve with events, col­lab­o­ra­tions and net­work­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties — and we can’t wait for you to join us!”

Arrival drinks start from 12.15pm on the day, with a lunch sched­uled at 12.45pm. The agen­da for the day starts at 2pm will be split into three sec­tions: The Past, The Present and The Future. This will include what your suc­cess­es, chal­lenges and key learn­ings have been, what is hap­pen­ing and chang­ing in the indus­try and where are the gaps, and where do we need to get to? What do we need to achieve and what can organ­i­sa­tions do to con­tin­u­al­ly improve DEI?

There will then be a Q&A at 3.30pm, with the wrap up drinks sched­uled for 4pm.
