DUBAI AIRSHOW 2025: “Aeroberm Vertipad Enables Middle East Property Industry to Join Air Taxi Revolution”

Sky­portz has unveiled at the Dubai Air­show its Aer­oberm ver­ti­pad to the Mid­dle East, launch­ing an impor­tant oppor­tu­ni­ty for the prop­er­ty indus­try to par­tic­i­pate in the Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty (AAM) sec­tor, reports a press release.

The Aus­tralian-based Ver­ti­port infra­struc­ture com­pa­ny is address­ing, “The crit­i­cal infra­struc­ture gap —  the need for a dense net­work of new take-off and land­ing sites beyond tra­di­tion­al air­ports and heli­ports,” explains the release.

The Aer­oberm™ patent­ed mod­u­lar ver­ti­pad sys­tem, has been engi­neered specif­i­cal­ly to enable rooftops, car parks, indus­tri­al sites, hotels, mixed-use precincts, tourism assets and pri­vate prop­er­ties to join the avi­a­tion net­work, afford­ably and safe­ly.

: Noise Reduc­tion - The design breaks up rotor vor­tices and reduces noise sig­na­tures — crit­i­cal for com­mu­ni­ty accep­tance and reg­u­la­to­ry com­pli­ance.

: Fire Safe­ty & Rapid Deploy­ment — The mod­u­lar, patent­ed Aer­oberm incor­po­rates a bat­tery fire solu­tion for peace of mind — a design that experts have said is the only viable option to imme­di­ate­ly halt ther­mal run­away and make a prop­er­ty site safe again.

The release points out, “This com­bi­na­tion makes the Aer­oberm the first prac­ti­cal solu­tion for estab­lish­ing a fine-grained net­work of air taxi des­ti­na­tions across dense urban envi­ron­ments.”
