EHang Globetrots Around World Exhibiting AAVs at Series of Recent Fairs and Expos

EHang works hard, very hard, to pub­li­cise and bring its AAVs to the public’s atten­tion, where recent­ly the com­pa­ny has been show­cas­ing its autonomous air­craft via a tour of Fairs and Expos.

First off was the five day Can­ton Fair at Guang­dong, in the Haizhou dis­trict of Guangzhou, between April 15th and 19th. The longest-run­ning and largest event of its type in Chi­na.

evtolinsights.com pub­lished an arti­cle about EHang’s suc­cess there, where He Tianx­ing, Vice Pres­i­dent of EHang, com­ment­ed, “There have been more than 150 Chi­nese and for­eign buy­ers attend­ing our booth to dis­cuss coop­er­a­tion and busi­ness pro­pos­als, which makes us con­fi­dent of the company’s future.”

Chi­na: EHang “Atten­tion HotSpot” For Dig­ni­taries and Pub­lic at Can­ton Fair

A week lat­er came FAMEX (April 26th-29th), a Mex­i­co Aero­space Fair, held at the Mil­i­tary Air Base No.1 (San­ta Lucia, State of Mex­i­co) and organ­ised by the Sec­re­tari­at of Nation­al Defense via the Mex­i­can Air Force.

EHang tweet­ed, “Excit­ed to see #EH216 show­cased at #FAMEX, one of Latin Amer­i­ca’s most impor­tant air shows. The EH216 pas­sen­ger AAV, in par­tic­u­lar, attract­ed a lot of atten­tion from both the pub­lic and media, just as at the Can­ton Fair.

And from today, May 10th — 12th, EHang is exhibit­ing at the ‘2023 Beyond Inter­na­tion­al Sci­ence and Tech­nol­o­gy Inno­va­tion Expo’ held at the Venet­ian Macao Con­ven­tion and Exhi­bi­tion Cen­tre locat­ed in Macau Venet­ian Cotai Strip resort. Macau or Macao is a city and spe­cial admin­is­tra­tive region of Chi­na in the west­ern Pearl Riv­er Delta by the South Chi­na Sea. With a pop­u­la­tion of about 680,000 and an area of 32.9 km², it is the most dense­ly pop­u­lat­ed region in the world.

The organ­is­ers expect over 1,000 exhibitors from For­tune 500 com­pa­nies, large cross-bor­der enter­pris­es, tech uni­corns and star­tups to par­tic­i­pate in this year’s event, while hop­ing for over 20,000 peo­ple through the door.

Final­ly, it appears EHang also has a 216 pas­sen­ger AAV pres­ence at the AUVSI Xpo­nen­tial Drone Con­ven­tion in Den­ver, Col­orado this week. Good­ness me, the com­pa­ny does get around!
