eVTOL Insights Podcast: Dawn Zoldi of P3 Tech Consulting shares details of 2021 Women to Watch Global Awards

In this episode, we were delight­ed to be joined by Dawn Zol­di, CEO of P3 Tech Con­sult­ing and who is an ambas­sador for this year’s Women to Watch UAS Glob­al Awards.

She tells us more about the awards, which aims to recog­nise the amaz­ing work being done by women in avi­a­tion and aero­space, going into detail about the dif­fer­ent cat­e­gories, the nom­i­na­tion process and what impact the awards have had since the first cer­e­mo­ny five years ago. Dawn her­self won the Lead­er­ship Award in 2019.

Dawn also gives her insight in how com­pa­nies can increase diver­si­ty and inclu­siv­i­ty in the eVTOL indus­try, and talks about her new com­pa­ny P3 Tech Con­sult­ing, which was set up after her award win.
