eVTOL Insights’ second Power Book recognises more of our industry’s thought leaders, influencers and innovators

eVTOL Insights is pleased to reveal its 2022 Power Book — the definitive list of some of the industry’s thought leaders, influencers and innovators from the last 12 months.

Similar to last year’s inaugural version, this year’s edition features 24 individuals spread across the Americas, Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions. As well as eVTOL aircraft OEMs, we’ve also recognised those working for companies focusing on areas including charging infrastructure, vertiports and public acceptance.

Introducing those included in this year’s Power Book, Jason Pritchard, editor of eVTOL Insights, said: “Their continued input and contributions have even caught the attention of international media, which has helped to raise the profile of this wonderful industry and spread the excitement that electric air taxi services will be here before we know it.

“While we have continued to recognise those OEMs building aircraft which will soon take to the skies, also included in our second Power Book are those involved in the physical infrastructure needed to land and charge electric aircraft, developing air traffic management systems and even bringing together the knowledge of indigenous communities with modern technologies to make advanced air mobility a reality.”

Simon Corbett, eVTOL Insights’ Founder, added: “We’ve seen key players continue to make progress on their roadmap towards launching commercial services, which could be operational by 2024.

“As we get closer to the first passenger services launching, we’re confident 2022 will be another fascinating year for the market. The team and I cannot wait to see how it unfolds.”
