FOUR WEEKS TO MUNICH: Ascendance, Leonardo Helicopters and Unisphere confirmed as latest speakers, tickets on sale!

There are ony four weeks to go until.eVTOL Insights’ Europe Con­fer­ence in Munich and del­e­gates inter­est­ed are being urged to secure their seat at anoth­er key gath­er­ing which brings togeth­er inno­va­tors and deci­sion-mak­ers in Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty.

This event will take place from Sep­tem­ber 9th–11th, with the main con­fer­ence being held at the Hilton Munich Air­port on Wednes­day, Sep­tem­ber 10th.

eVTOL Insights is also grate­ful to event spon­sors ZURI, DLR (Ger­man Aero­space Cen­ter), Day­ton Devel­op­ment Coali­tion and Evoli­to for their con­tin­ued sup­port in help­ing to make our events a real suc­cess.

The pro­gramme will kick off on Tues­day, Sep­tem­ber 9th, with a site vis­it to ERC Sys­tem from 4pm to 5pm. This will be an excel­lent oppor­tu­ni­ty for del­e­gates to see first-hand, the work being done by the com­pa­ny as it con­tin­ues to build its hybrid-elec­tric air­craft for emer­gency med­ical response mis­sions.

Please note, atten­dance to this site vis­it will be at the dis­cre­tion of the com­pa­ny.

Del­e­gates will then head back to the Munich Air­port cam­pus for a pre-event net­work­ing drinks recep­tion from 6pm to 9pm. This will take place at Air­brau — Europe’s largest cov­ered beer gar­den.

The con­fer­ence on Wednes­day, Sep­tem­ber 10th will be from 9am to 5pm and fea­ture keynote pre­sen­ta­tions, pan­el dis­cus­sions and fire­side chats which will cov­er a host of top­ics cov­er­ing the glob­al Advanced Air Mobil­i­ty mar­ket. High­lights for 2025 include:

• Keynote pre­sen­ta­tions from Munich Air­port, ZURI, Sky­ports Infra­struc­ture, NAAMCE, Leonar­do Heli­copters, UrbanV, LYNEports, and more
• Pan­el dis­cus­sions explor­ing cus­tomer adop­tion, mar­ket entry strate­gies, ecosys­tem col­lab­o­ra­tion, and the role of dig­i­tal tools and data in deploy­ment
• Fire­side chats with indus­try lead­ers from Roland Berg­er, Evoli­to, and ERC Sys­tem
• Net­work­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties includ­ing post-event drinks to con­nect with peers and poten­tial part­ners

Once the con­fer­ence fin­ish­es, anoth­er net­work­ing recep­tion will take place at the Hilton Munich Air­port Hotel between 5pm and 6.30pm.

Our event pro­gramme then fin­ish­es on Thurs­day, Sep­tem­ber 11th with a site vis­it to Munich Air­port. This will take place between 9.30am and 10.30am local time.
