FREE Download: “Eve Air Mobility Infrastructure Guide”

Eve Air Mobility has uploaded to its website “A Quick Infrastructure Guide for eVTOLs.”

Marketed as “The first-of-its-kind publication offering practical guidelines and technical recommendations to support the global deployment of urban air mobility infrastructure,” it is designed for public administrators, operators, investors and industry professionals.

This 35 page FREE guide streamlines vertiport and charging system planning from concept to operation.

Key highlights include:-

: Vertiport Design Configurations — Four main types — Vertistop, Vertistation, Vertihub and Supercentre, tailored to diverse urban contexts.

: Site Selection Criteria - Best practices for location choice, airspace and multimodal integration, as well as zoning considerations.

: Heliport/Helipad Adaptation — Technical, regulatory and technological requirements for converting existing heliports/helipads.

: Charging Solutions — Evaluation of charger configurations, CCS1/CCS2 protocols, charging value chain, cooling/heating systems and safety measures.

: Practical Checklist - Step-by-step checklist covering all project phases, from planning through operation.

: Regulatory References — Alignment with ANAC, FAA, EASA and global best practices.

Luiz Mauad, VP of Customer Services at Eve, remarked, “The guide has been developed to provide the industry with clear technical guidance aligned with best regulatory practices, supporting the planning and implementation of urban air mobility projects in Brazil and worldwide.”

He continued, “This development is carried out in partnership with both public and private sectors, in a collaborative way, to address infrastructure needs and promote integrated solutions for efficient and sustainable air mobility.”

The launch aligns with São Paulo’s creation of an ‘Interdepartmental Working Group’ to enable eVTOL operations, underscoring the city’s ambition to shape UAM regulation in Brazil.
