PAS 2025: Future Flight Global pen separate agreements with Eve Air Mobility and UrbanV to build AAM network in Brazil
Future Flight Global (FFG) have announced two key partnerships at this week’s Paris Air Show, which focuses on developing an Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) network in Brazil.
The first agreement is with Eve Air Mobility, where FFG has signed a Letter of Intent for up to 54 of Eve’s eVTOL aircraft to target the Brazil and United States markets.
This announcement follows the release of Eve’s inaugural Global Market Outlook, detailing the growth and demand surrounding the urban air mobility category for the next twenty years. Earlier this week, Eve announced a partnership with Revo worth $250 million, for up to 50 eVTOL aircraft.
Karan Singh, CEO of Future Flight Global, said: “Eve’s aircraft—rooted in Embraer’s 55-year legacy of designing, certifying, and supporting commercial and business aircraft—checks every box: strong performance parameters, passenger-first ergonomics, clear certification pathway, and scalable production system.
“We look forward to ANAC certification and deploying these aircraft in Brazil and additional high- demand markets worldwide in the near future.”
Megha Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer at Eve Air Mobility, said: “This collaboration with Future Flight Global is a significant step forward for Urban Air Mobility in the Americas.
“By leveraging Eve’s proven eVTOL technology and robust certification process, Future Flight Global gains a powerful platform to deliver efficient, sustainable air travel in high-demand markets such as Brazil and the United States.“
The second agreement involves UrbanV, with the company and FFG announcing additional market deployment stemming from their recently established strategic partnership; the development of an AAM network in São Paulo.
With more than 400 helicopters and 200 helipads, the Brazilian city hosts the world’s largest civilian rotorcraft fleet, making it a prime launchpad for eVTOL operations.
In a press release released earlier this week, FFG’s partnership with UrbanV leverages this existing infrastructure to accelerate the implementation of scalable, sustainable urban and regional air mobility solutions.
The joint network will connect São Paulo’s key urban and regional locations — including Faria Lima, Interlagos, Alphaville, and major airports—and will explore future expansion to other metropolitan areas, such as Rio de Janeiro.
Commenting on this partnership, Singh said: “Brazil already leads the world in vertical flight activity, giving it both the readiness and public acceptance for next-generation electric aircraft.
“We’re proud to deepen our partnership with UrbanV and build on the foundation they’ve laid to build a robust AAM network—starting in São Paulo and expanding to Rio de Janeiro and beyond.”
UrbanV is already active in Brazil through its collaboration with Pax Aeroportos, including participation in national sandbox regulatory initiatives. The Campo de Marte Airport project, co-developed with Pax, is Brazil’s first vertiport testbed and will serve as the central hub of the planned network.
Carlo Tursi, CEO of UrbanV, added: “Brazil is one of the most attractive markets worldwide for AAM, and this partnership with FFG allows us to unlock its full potential.
“By combining our vertiport development expertise with FFG’s operational capabilities and fleet commitment, we aim to deliver a seamless, integrated vertiport network, building the future of mobility.”
