AVL to Showcase How Simulation is Accelerating the Future of Electric Aviation at SIMpulse Online Event on July 2nd

AVL will host its upcom­ing AVL SIM­pulse: Elec­tri­fied Avi­a­tion – New Ener­gy, New Chal­lenges, New Solu­tions online event tomor­row (Thurs­day), from 4pm. to 6.30 pm CEST.

The free vir­tu­al event will bring togeth­er lead­ing experts from across the advanced air mobil­i­ty and elec­tric avi­a­tion sec­tors to explore how sim­u­la­tion tech­nolo­gies are help­ing accel­er­ate the devel­op­ment of next-gen­er­a­tion elec­tric air­craft, eVTOLs and advanced propul­sion sys­tems.

As avi­a­tion moves toward elec­tri­fi­ca­tion, engi­neers face increas­ing­ly com­plex chal­lenges span­ning ener­gy stor­age, elec­tric propul­sion, onboard elec­tri­cal sys­tems, safe­ty, reli­a­bil­i­ty and over­all sys­tem inte­gra­tion.

AVL’s SIM­pulse event will demon­strate how advanced sim­u­la­tion enables devel­op­ers to eval­u­ate con­cepts, opti­mize designs and iden­ti­fy risks ear­ly in the devel­op­ment process, reduc­ing costs and accel­er­at­ing inno­va­tion before phys­i­cal pro­to­types are built.
