Early Bird deadline extended for Vertical Flight Society’s Forum76 event
The Vertical Flight Society (VFS) has extended the Early Bird deadline for its Forum76 event by more than week, due to popular demand.
The 76th Annual Forum and Technology Display is the world’s leading international technical event on vertical flight, and will take place virtually over four days — from October 5th to 8th.
Those wanting to register now have until Wednesday, 9th September.
Mike Hirschberg, Executive Director of the VFS, said: “We know that the past few months have been tough for most everyone, and the end of the summer is full of time off for vacation/holiday.
“So we’ve decided to extend the Early Bird deadline to accommodate the needs of our members. We hope that this extension will give everyone time to get their registrations in by 9/9.”
Forum76’s virtual conference will include more than 230 technical papers on every discipline — from Acoustics to Unmanned Systems — as well as presentations and discussions by leaders in the military, government agencies and across the industry.
The Technology Display, running concurrent with the Forum, is the most extensive exposition of cutting-edge vertical flight technologies in the world, and also includes other technologies more broadly applicable to aerospace in general.
Leading manufacturers, service providers, defense agencies, universities, and research and development organisations will also showcase the very latest in vertical flight technology in a virtual exhibition hall.
