Neurobotx, JetX Collaborate to Upload JetX aircraft on Metapilot

Neu­ro­botx, a com­pa­ny build­ing “the ulti­mate cog­ni­tive meta­verse” and JetX who are devel­op­ing a real-life vec­tor-thrust eVTOL, are col­lab­o­rat­ing to con­struct a high­ly real­is­tic air taxi sim­u­la­tion for gamers to expe­ri­ence on a meta pilot gam­ing plat­form to allow users to expe­ri­ence the future of trans­porta­tion first­hand, reports a press release.

The release states, “Metapi­lot is a desk­top and VR game that sim­u­lates dif­fer­ent air taxi mod­els in a dig­i­tal twin of Man­hat­tan. Exper­tise in machine learn­ing and robot­ics will be lever­aged to cre­ate a high­ly real­is­tic sim­u­la­tion that incor­po­rates real-world fac­tors such as weath­er, traf­fic and pas­sen­ger behav­iour, that works close­ly with gov­ern­ments and reg­u­la­tors to gen­er­ate syn­thet­ic data need­ed to expe­dite the mass adop­tion of eVTOLs.”

Mean­while, JetX is to pro­vide exper­tise in the design and oper­a­tion of air taxis. The sim­u­la­tion will accu­rate­ly reflect the unique chal­lenges of such trans­porta­tion via “a relaxed retrowave sound­scape fly­ing across a dig­i­tal twin of New York.” The release con­tin­ues, “Users will be able to inter­act with the sim­u­la­tion in a high­ly immer­sive envi­ron­ment that accu­rate­ly repli­cates the real-world air taxi expe­ri­ence.”

The CEO of neu­ro­botx, Dr. Diana Deca, com­ment­ed, “JetX is the first elec­tric jet on our plat­form, mean­ing our metapi­lots will be able to fly a thruster-pow­ered (as opposed to the tra­di­tion­al rotor­craft) air­taxi. The mechan­ics, acoustics and over­all expe­ri­ence will be a great addi­tion to our col­lec­tion and it’s prob­a­bly the clos­est thing to fly­ing an actu­al rock­et.”

By lever­ag­ing advanced sim­u­la­tion capa­bil­i­ties, the two com­pa­nies are work­ing to cre­ate a safer, more effi­cient, and more acces­si­ble mode of trans­porta­tion that will trans­form the way peo­ple trav­el for mil­lions of users.
