Blueflite, Hawk AeroSafety Launch “Safety Management Collaboration” at U.S AUVSI Xponential Event

Blue­flite, a leader in advanced drone tech­nol­o­gy, and Hawk AeroSafe­ty, a provider of avi­a­tion safe­ty and com­pli­ance solu­tions, announced a col­lab­o­ra­tion at the recent AUVSI Xpo­nen­tial event in Hous­ton (May 19th-22nd), to deliv­er “a next-gen­er­a­tion Safe­ty Man­age­ment Sys­tem built for uncrewed and crewed avi­a­tion oper­a­tions,” reports a press release. 

The new SMS mod­ule, to be inte­grat­ed into Blueflite’s pro­pri­etary blueDig­i­tal plat­form, is designed to help avi­a­tion oper­a­tors meet safe­ty require­ments “through an intu­itive and scal­able cloud-based envi­ron­ment,” con­tin­ues the release. “It com­bines Blueflite’s advanced dig­i­tal infra­struc­ture with Hawk AeroSafety’s deep reg­u­la­to­ry and oper­a­tional exper­tise.”

James McClearen, CTO at Blue­flite, com­ment­ed, “We’re com­bin­ing Hawk’s safe­ty and com­pli­ance exper­tise with our soft­ware capa­bil­i­ties to offer some­thing that fills an impor­tant unmet need in the drone indus­try.” 

Hawk AeroSafe­ty, spe­cialis­es in pro­vid­ing safe­ty ser­vices to sup­port imple­men­ta­tion, SMS doc­u­men­ta­tion, onboard­ing guid­ance and role-based safe­ty train­ing, assist­ing clients to go beyond basic com­pli­ance and build last­ing safe­ty cul­tures with­in their organ­i­sa­tions.
