Draft agenda Revealed for eVTOL insights’ Europe Conference in Toulouse, Early Bird tickets now on sale
eVTOL Insights has released an early draft of the agenda planned for its Europe Conference, which takes place in Toulouse, France on October 15th.
It is hoped the early release will provide potential delegates with a sneak peek at discussions set to take place when leaders from across the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), uncrewed aviation and next-generation aerospace sectors gather in one of Europe’s biggest aerospace hubs.
The conference will aim to bring together aircraft developers, drone operators, regulators, airports, air navigation service providers, investors, manufacturers and policymakers to explore how the industry can move from demonstrations and pilot projects towards large-scale deployment and commercial success.
The programme has been designed to reflect the current maturity of the market, with a focus on commercialisation, autonomy, airspace integration and industrial growth.
Four Key Themes
The conference programme will be structured around four core pillars:
1. Commercialising Aerial Services
Exploring how new aviation services can create sustainable business models and deliver real-world value.
Proposed discussions include:
- Who Pays First? Identifying the Early Winners in Advanced Air Mobility
- Beyond the Hype: Which AAM Business Models Are Generating Revenue Today?
- Premium Service or Mass Mobility? Defining the Future Passenger Market
- From Pilot Projects to Daily Operations: Scaling Drone Logistics Networks
- Can Advanced Air Mobility Transform Regional Connectivity?
2. Scaling Autonomy
Examining how automation and autonomy can be safely integrated into aviation operations while delivering commercial and operational benefits.
Proposed discussions include:
- Beyond BVLOS: What’s Still Holding Europe Back?
- Scaling from One Aircraft to One Hundred
- Human-Machine Teaming in Aviation
- The Business Case for Autonomy
- From Automation to Autonomy: The Certification Challenge
- AI in Aviation: Hype, Risk or Competitive Advantage?
3. Integrating Airspace
Addressing the challenge of integrating drones, eVTOLs, electric aircraft and traditional aviation into a shared airspace ecosystem.
Proposed discussions include:
- One Airspace, Multiple Users
- U‑space Moves from Concept to Reality
- Managing Mixed Traffic at Scale
- Airports as Multimodal Mobility Hubs
- Integrating Advanced Air Mobility into Europe’s Aviation Network
- Civil, Commercial and Defence Users in Shared Airspace
4. Building Europe’s Aviation Future
Exploring how Europe can create a globally competitive aviation ecosystem through investment, industrialisation, workforce development and innovation.
Proposed discussions include:
- Can Europe Lead the Next Generation of Aviation?
- Scaling Production: From Prototype to Industrialisation
- The Future Aerospace Supply Chain
- Building the Workforce for Advanced Aviation
- Defence, Dual-Use Technologies and Industrial Resilience
- The Future of Regional Aviation in Europe
A Forum for the Entire Ecosystem
The organisers expect participation from a broad range of stakeholders across the aviation value chain, including developers of passenger eVTOL aircraft, electric and hybrid-electric aircraft manufacturers, drone operators, logistics providers, regulators, airports, ANSPs, investors, infrastructure providers and government representatives.
Call for Speakers
The organiser is currently engaging with industry leaders, innovators and policymakers to help shape the final programme.
Potential speakers interested in contributing to keynote presentations, fireside chats or panel discussions are encouraged to register their interest. The draft agenda is intended as a framework for discussion and remains subject to refinement as industry input is gathered in the lead-up to the event.
